Three point Aircraft Seat Belt / Shoulder Harness Inertia Reel Assembly as shown on photos. Manufactured by AmSafe. P/N 4089-1-011-8013. It is medium gray in color, in average condition, (it will need cleaning). Also, there is slight wear on a place on webbing from rubbing on a sharp surface, (see photos). It was removed from a salvage aircraft.
