It conforms to FAA-TSO-C22 and has the required placard/dataplate as shown on photo. It is medium blue in color and it is in average condition with some surface rust on the bottom side of the buckle. It will also need some cleaning. It sells for over $120 new. Removed from salvage aircraft.
