Bell 206 Tail Rotor Yoke / Hub assembly w/ overhaul tag & Traceability. P/N 206-011-810-125 or 206-011-819-101, (two dataplates). Paperwork shows 2495.7 hrs total time with 5000 hr as the retire limit. Paperwork seems to be complete up to last entry. Bell historical record shows hub installed after overhaul but there is no removal record and hub does not appear to have been installed after overhaul, (see paperwork photos).
